Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-05

The short version

What we commit to

  • What you upload is available only to your organization and to the organizations that share the project with you (section 9).
  • Personal data is stored in the EU and never sold (privacy policy).
  • You can stop using the Service whenever you like (section 14).

What we ask of you

  • Keep your account to yourself. Each account is for one person (section 3).
  • Do not copy or reverse engineer the Service, with AI tools or otherwise, and do not help anyone else do it (section 4).
  • Breaking these two rules can lead to contractual penalties (section 5). They never apply to ordinary use of the Service.
  • Our liability for intrusions and data loss is limited, as is usual for online services (sections 11 and 12).

This summary is for convenience. The full terms below apply.

1. The agreement

These terms govern the use of LiqrAI, the web service at https://ai.liqr.se and its mobile app (the “Service”), provided by La-bas AB, org. no. 556801-6157 (“we”, “us”). They apply between us and the company or organization that has been given access to the Service (the “Customer”), and to every person who uses the Service on the Customer's behalf (a “User”).

The Service is provided to businesses only. By using the Service you accept these terms and confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the Customer. These terms are the same for every Customer and are not negotiated individually.

2. The Service

The Service gives beverage brands and their agencies sales and ranking analysis, campaign planning, advertising reports and management across connected advertising platforms, budgets, meetings, an AI console and related tools. Access is by invitation. We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features.

3. Accounts are personal

  • Each account belongs to one named person. You may not share, lend, rent, sell or otherwise give anyone else access to your account or your sign-in details, and you may not use anyone else’s account.
  • The Customer may only give access to the Service through accounts we have created or approved for its own employees and contracted personnel, and only for the Customer’s internal business purposes.
  • Keep your password and any device you are signed in on secure. Tell us immediately at the address below if you suspect that your account has been used by someone else.
  • The Customer is responsible for everything done through its Users’ accounts, as if the Customer had done it itself, and for ensuring that its Users comply with these terms.
  • Guests invited to a meeting may use that meeting only, and only for the purpose they were invited for.

4. Protection of the Service

The Service, including its design, features, workflows, calculations, data models, prompts, software and documentation, is our confidential information and protected by intellectual property rights. Unless we have agreed to it in writing, neither you nor anyone acting for you may:

  • copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to work out the source code, structure, logic, algorithms, calculations, data models or prompts of the Service;
  • use artificial intelligence, large language models, automated agents or similar tools to analyze, describe, document, reconstruct or replicate the Service, for example by feeding them screenshots, screen recordings, page source, network traffic, exports or descriptions of the Service;
  • try to extract the instructions, prompts, tools or configuration behind the AI console or any other part of the Service;
  • scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Service, or access it through any means other than the interfaces we provide;
  • use the Service, or any information about it, to build, train, improve or benchmark a product or service that competes with it;
  • give access to the Service, or share screenshots, recordings, exports, documentation or other information about how it works, with anyone who intends to do any of the above, or with a competitor of ours;
  • circumvent, disable or probe access controls, rate limits or other security measures, or test the Service for vulnerabilities, without our written permission.

These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by mandatory law. They also bind the Customer for anyone the Customer has given access to the Service. A breach entitles us to suspend or close all of the Customer's accounts immediately and without notice, to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, and to claim the contractual penalty in section 5 and compensation for the full damage the breach causes us. This section continues to apply after the agreement ends.

5. Contractual penalties

This section protects the Service against copying and misuse of accounts; it never applies to ordinary use of the Service. A breach of section 3 or 4 causes us damage that is hard to prove and quantify. The Customer shall therefore pay a contractual penalty, expressed in price base amounts (prisbasbelopp) under the Swedish Social Insurance Code (2010:110) for the year the breach begins, of:

  • 80 price base amounts for each deliberate or grossly negligent breach of section 4;
  • 4 price base amounts for each breach of section 3;
  • a further 2 price base amounts for each started month a breach continues after we have pointed it out.

The penalty does not limit our right to compensation for damage exceeding it, to suspend accounts or to terminate the agreement. A breach by a User, or by anyone the Customer has given access to the Service, counts as a breach by the Customer.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only in accordance with applicable law, including marketing and alcohol advertising rules, and with the policies of the platforms you connect.
  • Do not upload content that you have no right to use, that infringes anyone else’s rights, or that contains malicious code.
  • Do not use the Service in a way that disrupts it, puts unreasonable load on it, or harms other customers.

7. Connected platforms

The Customer may connect accounts on third-party platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and X. The Customer confirms that it is entitled to grant us that access and is responsible for its use of those platforms, which is governed by their own terms. Actions a User takes through the Service — such as creating, changing, publishing or pausing a campaign — are the Customer's actions. Spend on a platform is billed by that platform. We are not responsible for changes, outages, errors or restrictions on third-party platforms or for data they provide.

8. Data, reports and AI output

Reports, analyses, forecasts and AI-generated content are based on data from the Customer, third-party sources and connected platforms, and may contain errors. They are provided as decision support and should be reviewed before they are relied on. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of them.

9. Ownership

We own the Service and all rights in it. The Customer owns what it adds to the Service and the data from advertising accounts it connects itself. Only the Customer's organization, and the organizations that share the project it belongs to, can see it. Reports issued to a supplier, such as ranking reports, are available to the organizations that work with that supplier in the Service. Our staff access the Customer's data only when needed to support or operate the Service.

Files in the asset library, and media created from them, are served from a content delivery network through links that cannot be guessed, so that they can be used in ads, emails and previews. Anyone who has such a link can open the file. Brand guidelines, fonts, source files, uploaded reports and meeting recordings are stored privately and opened only through the Service.

Campaigns we run for the Customer on our own advertising accounts are part of our business records. The Customer sees their results in the Service, and the campaign data stays with us.

We use the data in the Service to provide it and to make it better, for example to make its estimates more accurate. We never show one Customer's non-public figures to another Customer; what we learn across customers is used only in anonymized form, and such anonymized statistics remain when data is deleted. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Compilations, analyses and structures of data produced by the Service may only be used for the Customer's internal business purposes. Feedback and suggestions about the Service may be used by us freely.

10. Fees

Fees and payment terms follow from the Customer's quote or budget with us. Invoices are payable within the time stated on them; late payment accrues interest under the Swedish Interest Act.

11. Security and availability

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and the data in it, but no system can be completely secure and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from unauthorized access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by intrusion, hacking, malware, unauthorized access to or disclosure of data, denial-of-service attacks, failures of our service providers, or other events outside our reasonable control, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. The Customer is responsible for its own devices, networks and sign-in details, and for keeping its own copies of data it cannot afford to lose.

12. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, wasted advertising spend or damage to reputation. Our total liability under the agreement is limited to the fees the Customer has paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. A claim must be made in writing within three months of when the damage was or should have been discovered.

13. Indemnity

The Customer shall hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Customer's or its Users' breach of these terms, the content they add, or their use of connected platforms. The limitations in section 12 do not apply to the Customer's liability for breaches of sections 3 and 4.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a User's or the Customer's access immediately and without notice if an invoice is overdue, if we suspect a breach of these terms, or if there is a security risk. The Customer may stop using the Service and end the agreement at any time. We may end it with one month's notice, or immediately as set out in this section and in section 4. Fees for what has already been ordered or delivered remain payable. When the agreement ends, access ends.

Ending the agreement does not delete anything automatically, so nothing is lost if the Customer comes back. Personal data is deleted as described in the privacy policy, and the Customer can ask us to delete other data it has added.

15. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep the other party's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the agreement. This applies during the agreement and for five years after it ends; for information about how the Service works, it applies without time limit.

16. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on the Customer's behalf, we do so as its processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced in the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, unless required sooner by law or for security reasons. Each User accepts the new terms in the Service before continuing to use it, and we keep a record of every acceptance.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. We may always seek interim measures, such as an injunction, in any competent court to stop a breach of sections 3, 4 or 15.
