1. Company Information

1.1 AI.LIQR.se is an internet-based web service developed by La-bas AB (hereafter "La-bas"), targeting La-bas customers. La-bas AB is registered under the organization number 556801-6157, with an office located at Jungfrugatan 62, 115 31 Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms of use contain the general conditions under which La-bas AB provides services on the website AI.LIQR.se ("The Web Service" or "AI.LIQR"). The agreement applies between LA-bas AB and the physical or legal person using AI.LIQR to access analyses, reports, and other information.

2.2 The Web Service offers, among other things, access to product-specific weekly reports. The reports are generated by AI.LIQR combining Systembolaget's ranking reports/sales data with KPIs from Facebook's Marketing API.

3. Provision of Services from the Web Service

3.1 On the Web Service, logged-in users have access to their uploaded ranking reports from Systembolaget and statistics about products owned/distributed by the user.

4. Registration and Authorization

4.1 To utilize AI.LIQR, users are required to provide contact information to La-bas AB. The user is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is true and correct. For security reasons, and to technically develop the service, all user activity on the website is logged.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 La-bas AB takes measures to protect the information on AI.LIQR. However, La-bas AB does not guarantee the security. In the event of incidents that cause information leakage, for example, but not exclusively, hacker intrusions or technical errors, La-bas AB shall be held harmless.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 The copyright of the structure of statistical and other data stored and published by AI.LIQR is owned by La-bas Holding AB. All data processed or organized by AI.LIQR is covered by database rights and may not be disseminated without La-bas's written approval.

7. Product Data

7.1 The Web Service provides information about products and campaigns based on data from Systembolaget's ranking reports and Facebook Marketing API. La-bas strives to ensure that this information is accurate but cannot guarantee that the content on the website is error-free. La-bas is not responsible for errors, damage, or other financial loss due to such error.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how La-bas handles and processes your personal data, see our Privacy Policy. It is also possible to email policy@liqr.se with requests for excerpts of stored data or its deletion.

9. Cookies

9.1 When the orderer visits the website, La-bas may store certain information in the form of a "cookie" on the user's computer, which allows La-bas to customize the webpage according to the user's interests and preferences and read statistics on how the web service is used.

9.2 A cookie is a small text file that the visited webpage saves on the visitor's computer. Cookies are used by many websites to give visitors access to various functions. The information in a cookie can be used to study a visitor's internet usage.

9.3 There are two types of cookies. The first type saves a file for the future on the visitor's computer and is used, for example, for functions that describe which information is new on the website since the last visit. The second type of file, called a "session cookie," is temporarily stored in the visitor's computer's memory while they visit the website and navigate its subpages and is used, for example, to determine which language the visitor has chosen. Session cookies are not stored on the visitor's computer but are deleted when the visitor closes their web browser.

9.4 AI.LIQR uses only cookies that are essential for delivering the service to the user.

10. Sanctions

10.1 La-Bas has the right to, without stating reasons, shut down the user.

10.2 If the information that users publish on AI.LIQR should lead to liability for damages for La-Bas, the user is obliged to indemnify La-Bas or compensate La-bas for the damage incurred.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 La-Bas reserves the right to change these terms and all other information on AI.LIQR at any time, either on its own or if laws and regulations require it, without prior notice. Users are encouraged to continuously familiarize themselves with these terms of use.

12. Links to Third Parties

12.1 On AI.LIQR, there may be links to third parties and other websites. La-Bas is not responsible for the information on the websites to which the links refer, nor for their reliability and functionality. La-Bas is not responsible for any damage caused by the user visiting other websites through these links.

13. Applicable Law - Dispute

13.1 Swedish law shall apply to these terms of use, and disputes shall be resolved in the general courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
